Please note that the usual 14-day withdrawal from the agreement on purchase of goods or services on the Internet (in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act Chapter 4) does not apply upon purchase of training programs and diet plans online.

Training programs and diet plans are tailored specifically to the client’s needs and goals, which is why the creation of these are covered by an exception in Consumer Contracts Act § 18 paragraph. 2, no. 3.

Because of this there is no right of withdrawal once a diet plan or a training program has been created.
